This Refund Policy applies to all Unfold CMS license purchases (Pro and Agency tiers). By purchasing a license, you agree to the terms outlined below.

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date, provided the conditions below are met. After 7 days, all sales are final.

When Refunds May Be Granted

We will consider a refund if:

  • The product does not function as described on our website, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • You have not downloaded or deployed the product to a production environment.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method is confirmed.

When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You simply changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You lack the technical skills or server environment required to use the product.
  • The product has already been downloaded and used.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute was filed before contacting our support team.
  • The request is made after the 7-day refund window has passed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
